About the role
- Analista de Legalização ensuring compliance and legal approval for urban projects at Construtora Tenda. Working on urban legislation and overseeing documentation processes within the company.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the issuance of permits and approvals required for project launch, based on applicable urban and environmental legislation;
- Support technical and legal feasibility analyses of land parcels;
- Conduct initial project classification and scoping studies;
- Collaborate with the Land Acquisition/Prospecting team;
- Prepare technical materials to support decision-making;
- Interpret and apply urban planning and environmental regulations;
- Organize and monitor legalization processes with public agencies;
- Handle filings, document control, and follow-up on administrative processes;
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and internal departments;
- Support responses to technical requirements and inquiries from regulatory bodies;
- Participate in meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
- Contribute to continuous improvement of departmental processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urbanism;
- Knowledge of urban planning legislation in the state of Bahia;
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings in AutoCAD;
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel;
- Experience with Social Housing (Habitação de Interesse Social - HIS) is a plus.
