Responsibilities
Propose a methodological framework for collaboration with stakeholders to ensure tracking and validation of deliverables
Review documentation provided by the contracting authority
Analyze functional and technical requirements related to the quality audit
Develop the quality audit module; conduct a pilot test and validate the results
Produce a technical report and a user manual
Provide training of trainers
Provide technical support to the client for the implementation of the survey
Requirements
Hold at least a Master's degree (BAC+5) in information and communication technologies, software engineering, or a related field
Have at least five (5) years of professional experience
Proven experience in developing web or mobile applications in the field of public health
This experience must be supported by at least two (2) technical references
Good knowledge of the Burkina Faso health system
Ability to work with a quality audit specialist or with ISO 9000 standards
