About the role
- Consultant tasked with developing a quality audit tool for healthcare facilities in Burkina Faso. Will analyze needs, develop solutions, and train users within a 30-day timeline.
Responsibilities
- Propose a methodological framework for collaboration with stakeholders to ensure tracking and validation of deliverables
- Review documentation provided by the contracting authority
- Analyze functional and technical requirements related to the quality audit
- Develop the quality audit module; conduct a pilot test and validate the results
- Produce a technical report and a user manual
- Provide training of trainers
- Provide technical support to the client for the implementation of the survey
Requirements
- Hold at least a Master's degree (BAC+5) in information and communication technologies, software engineering, or a related field
- Have at least five (5) years of professional experience
- Proven experience in developing web or mobile applications in the field of public health
- This experience must be supported by at least two (2) technical references
- Good knowledge of the Burkina Faso health system
- Ability to work with a quality audit specialist or with ISO 9000 standards
