About the role

  • Consultant tasked with developing a quality audit tool for healthcare facilities in Burkina Faso. Will analyze needs, develop solutions, and train users within a 30-day timeline.

Responsibilities

  • Propose a methodological framework for collaboration with stakeholders to ensure tracking and validation of deliverables
  • Review documentation provided by the contracting authority
  • Analyze functional and technical requirements related to the quality audit
  • Develop the quality audit module; conduct a pilot test and validate the results
  • Produce a technical report and a user manual
  • Provide training of trainers
  • Provide technical support to the client for the implementation of the survey

Requirements

  • Hold at least a Master's degree (BAC+5) in information and communication technologies, software engineering, or a related field
  • Have at least five (5) years of professional experience
  • Proven experience in developing web or mobile applications in the field of public health
  • This experience must be supported by at least two (2) technical references
  • Good knowledge of the Burkina Faso health system
  • Ability to work with a quality audit specialist or with ISO 9000 standards
