Requirements
- Engineering background in electromechanical or software engineering, supported by a tertiary qualification in Engineering.
- Hands-on experience in system integration and automated warehouse or intralogistics solutions such as conveyors, sortation systems, AS/RS, and controls interfaces is highly desirable.
- Strong project and contract management capability, including project management, contract administration, risk management, and interface management across building, software, and operational teams.
- Broad supply chain knowledge
- Highly organised, with the ability to balance conflicting priorities to deliver against customer and business requirements, with appropriate stakeholder engagement and management
- Advanced numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to prepare professional collateral that can effectively deliver a complex message to a client in a manner that can be readily absorbed
- Well-developed and effective negotiating skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft tools with capability in Microsoft Project for program scheduling.
