About the role

  • Customer Relationship Consultant providing exceptional service and support at Skipton Building Society branches. Engaging clients to understand their financial needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to identify their needs
  • Provide information about savings products and services
  • Conduct ‘My Review’ appointments face-to-face, virtually, or over the phone
  • Proactively contact customers to discuss their needs
  • Educate customers on available products and services

Requirements

  • Previous experience of interacting with customers
  • Enthusiastic and a desire to help customers
  • Experience in a Contact Centre environment or retail, food & beverage, guest services, or health/care sector
  • Open to learning and adapting to various roles
  • Ability to engage in purposeful conversation
  • Capability to react quickly and manage time efficiently
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence different audiences
