About the role

• Intern in project management and innovation at Think3DDD, a Berlin-based MedTech startup. Engaging in real projects to drive innovation and coordinate EU funding initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Project support & organization – coordinating tasks, appointments and milestones within ongoing project management.
• Research on EU and innovation funding programs – identifying suitable funding opportunities, structuring information and summarizing findings.
• Preparation of funding applications – assisting with drafts, writing and submission of project proposals.
• Documentation & reporting – preparing progress reports, presentations and result summaries.
• Team communication & coordination – collaborating with internal departments, external partners and research institutions.
• Independent project initiatives – taking responsibility for small subprojects with support from the team.

Requirements

• Enrolled student in a relevant degree program, e.g.: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Communication Studies, Social Sciences, Innovation Management, Sustainability Management, Political Science, Public Administration or a comparable field related to organization, management or funding.
• Very good German skills (C1 level); English skills are a plus.
• Careful, structured working style and enjoyment of organizational tasks.
• Interest in innovation, sustainability and future technologies.
• Basic understanding of project workflows and a motivation to learn.
• Initiative, reliability and team spirit.
