Responsibilities
Act as the primary contact between GE Healthcare and the customer on all activities related to installation
Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity during the installation
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Identify, escalate, and resolve issues, which might impact customer satisfaction and GE operational targets
Work cross functionally with sales and services teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging
Requires regular travel within the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky area, typically 3 days per week, with occasional variability based on business needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of project management or relevant experience; OR an associate degree and 5+ years of project management or relevant experience; OR high school diploma and 8+ years of project management or related experience.
Minimum two years’ experience leading cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple priorities to meet scheduled completion dates and customer expectations while based in your home office
Ability to work with and influence team members to achieve mutual goals
Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel regularly including overnight when required.
