Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to support portfolio growth and innovation
Collaborate with product management, commercial teams, and regional stakeholders to deliver aligned marketing strategies
Develop impactful content and campaigns to drive demand generation and strengthen market presence
Execute integrated, multi-channel marketing programs to enhance customer value and engagement
Position the organization as a thought leader across key markets through targeted messaging and insights
Partner cross-functionally to drive business results
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, marketing, business administration, or related discipline with 8+ years of experience in marketing within life sciences or related industry, or Advanced degree with 6+ years of experience
Proven expertise in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns
Experience with digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, social media, and marketing automation platforms
Demonstrated success creating sales enablement tools and customer-facing content
Experience influencing and collaborating across matrix organizations
Strong knowledge of life science research markets and competitor landscape
Deep understanding of marketing fundamentals: 4Ps, segmentation, value proposition development
Demonstrated ability to translate technical/scientific content into compelling customer messaging
Strong analytical capabilities to measure campaign effectiveness and drive data-based decisions
Strong project management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing automation/CRM platforms
Ability to travel up to 25%
