- Continuously improve detection, incident response, and service quality.

- Collaborate with leadership on strategy, capacity, and P&L performance.

Requirements
- Significant experience building and leading SOC operations within an MSSP.
- Technical credibility, grounded in hands-on cybersecurity operations or Engineering.
- Strong grasp of detection, response, and scalable multi-tenant SOC environments.
- Proven success developing teams and improving measurable security outcomes.
- Exposure to OT security and its unique detection challenges.
- Excellent communication skills with technical and executive audiences.
- Business acumen to link operations with commercial and client results.
- Proactive with clients, anticipating needs and maintaining long-term trust.
