Technology Analyst in a rotational program covering software development lifecycle areas at PURE Insurance. Focus on Agile delivery while gaining hands-on experience in technology solutions for high net worth insurance.
Responsibilities
Participate in a rotational program covering the full software development lifecycle across three functional areas: Business Analysis, Development, and Production Support
Gain an understanding of Agile development methodology and how it drives successful technology delivery
Build and maintain product backlogs using Agile practices
Break down high-level features into deliverable user stories with defined acceptance criteria
Develop, unit test, and implement features based on approved designs
Analyze and respond to production support cases.
Learn to build, deploy, and debug serverless applications using AWS Lambda and ECS.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong background in coding with proficiency in at least one of the following: Java, JavaScript, or Python
Familiarity with relational databases and an understanding of SQL
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities
