Responsibilities
**What you will do:**
Lead a portfolio of clients creatively, driving excellence in visual and design disciplines.
Develop and execute innovative creative strategies that align with client goals and brand standards.
Manage the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Present creative concepts and designs to clients, effectively communicating the rationale behind design choices.
Stay informed on industry trends and advancements, incorporating fresh ideas into creative work.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous learning.
Act as a trusted adviser to clients, selling the value of creativity and looking for opportunities to increase creative work and cross-sell group services.
Requirements
**Who you are:**
4-year degree in a design-related field is preferred, but a strong portfolio is mandatory.
Proven experience as an ACD, Senior Designer, or Art Director.
Exceptional design skills with expertise in design software (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience guiding creative talent.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A passion for marketing and a deep understanding of how visual design contributes to successful brand storytelling and customer engagement.
B2B experience is preferred, but not essential. But you do need to understand how to sell expensive, complicated products to groups of people.
Any video editing or motion graphics experience or skills are welcome.
