About the role

  • Senior Paid Media Specialist at cutting-edge AI marketing agency, managing paid media strategies and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Design and own end-to-end paid media strategies aligned with business and growth objectives.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and programmatic platforms when applicable.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with data and tech teams to ensure attribution models and dashboards accurately reflect performance.
  • Build and maintain performance reports for stakeholders, focusing on insights, not just numbers.
  • Work closely with creative, content, design, product, and growth teams to ensure campaign alignment and consistency.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, explaining results, trade-offs, and opportunities to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Define and document paid media best practices, processes, and optimization frameworks.
  • Mentor junior or mid-level paid media specialists, providing guidance and performance feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid media campaigns with proven business impact
  • Technical & Functional Skills: Paid Media Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads (TikTok and programmatic are a plus)
  • Analytics & Tracking: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, pixels
  • Optimization: A/B testing, audience segmentation, funnel optimization
  • Reporting: Strong experience translating performance data into insights and recommendations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Strategic thinking with a business-oriented mindset; High autonomy, ownership, and accountability; Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • English: Intermediate to Advanced (B2-C1). Proven ability to translate technical results into business insights.
