About the role
- Juridisch adviseur Handhaving ensuring compliance within municipalities with a focus on legal advisory. Collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to process optimization.
Responsibilities
- Behandelen van handhavingsdossiers van aanvraag tot primaire besluitvorming op het gebied van omgevingsrecht, alcoholwetgeving en APV.
- Vertegenwoordigen van het college in handhavingsdossiers in bezwaar en (hoger) beroep.
- Deelnemen aan portefeuillehouder-overleggen en andere relevante overleggen.
- Adviseren van het bestuur en management.
- Werken onder supervisie van een coördinator (senior juridisch adviseur) en zorgdragen voor termijnbewaking.
- Zorgen voor overdracht van kennis en werkzaamheden aan een collega in vaste dienst aan het einde van de opdracht.
- Fungeren als inhoudelijke vraagbaak voor Toezichthouders Bouw en BOA’s.
- Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie en resultaatsturing middels een dashboard.
Requirements
- Afgeronde opleiding (HBO Rechten of WO).
- Ervaring in het overleggen met en/of adviseren van bestuurlijke portefeuillehouders.
- Werkervaring op het gebied van omgevingsrecht, alcoholwetgeving en APV.
