About the role
- Audiologist assisting customers daily with hearing aids at MySecondEar, creating profiles and providing innovative solutions. Flexibility with remote and in-store consulting based in Berlin.
Responsibilities
- You advise customers when purchasing their hearing aids
- You create individualized hearing profiles
- You offer innovative hearing solutions
- You perform hearing measurements (audiometry)
- You deliver an excellent service experience for our customers
- You support clients through remote fittings
- You participate regularly in continuing education
- You act as a problem solver within Customer Service
Requirements
- Successfully completed training as a Hearing Care Professional (journeyman) or Hearing Care Master
- Relevant initial professional experience as a hearing care specialist and in customer service
- Strong sense of precision and attention to detail
- Interest in the latest technologies in the hearing-aid industry and ideally first experience with remote fittings
- Enjoyment of personal and technical consultation and working with customers
- Service orientation, empathy and a solution-focused approach when dealing with customers
- Excellent knowledge of the hearing-aid market and our product portfolio, and embodiment of our customer-centered company philosophy
- Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Committed and independent working style: organizational and coordination skills
- Team player with creativity, flexibility and resilience
