You advise customers when purchasing their hearing aids
You create individualized hearing profiles

Requirements
Successfully completed training as a Hearing Care Professional (journeyman) or Hearing Care Master
Relevant initial professional experience as a hearing care specialist and in customer service
Strong sense of precision and attention to detail
Interest in the latest technologies in the hearing-aid industry and ideally first experience with remote fittings
Enjoyment of personal and technical consultation and working with customers
Service orientation, empathy and a solution-focused approach when dealing with customers
Excellent knowledge of the hearing-aid market and our product portfolio, and embodiment of our customer-centered company philosophy
Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
Committed and independent working style: organizational and coordination skills
