About the role

  • B2B Consultant supporting customer onboarding processes for innovative employee benefit products at PayCenter. Focused on building customer relationships and delivering solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and support new and existing customers on our employee benefit products
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Provide continuous, long-term support and guidance
  • Proactively reach out to new customers via written communications and telephone
  • Schedule appointments and perform structured follow-up on proposals

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B consulting or a comparable field
  • Enjoy making phone calls, sales-oriented mindset, and a good command of the German language
  • Team spirit, authenticity, and enjoyment in interacting with customers
  • Initiative, proactivity, and a structured way of working
  • Enthusiasm for innovative products and the opportunity to help build something great together
