- Maintain client case notes and schedule appointments
- Conduct clinical supervision and attend staff meetings
Requirements
- Experience in providing emotional and practical support to women
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed and client-centred practice
- Ability to assess individual needs and develop counselling plans
- Experience in liaising with community agencies and attending court hearings
- Case management skills including maintaining client records
