About the role

  • Customer Platforms Manager overseeing the development and management of engagement platforms at The Crown Estate. Ensuring exceptional customer experiences through digital platforms and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing management of customer engagement platforms.
  • Ensure alignment with the company's customer experience strategy.
  • Manage projects leading to the design and enhancement of digital customer engagement platforms.
  • Review existing customer platforms for improvement.
  • Co-design and deliver strategy for customer platforms to maximise customer value.
  • Oversee key projects with stakeholders ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Manage a team delivering via customer platforms.
  • Ensure exceptional user experience of customer platforms.
  • Ensure seamless integration of customer platforms with other business systems.
  • Utilize feedback for continuous improvement of platform functionality.
  • Implement performance metrics to measure effectiveness of customer platforms.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in platform management
  • Proven track record of leading successful initiatives.
  • Design experience is a plus.
  • Strong technical skills, particularly in platform development, integration, and optimization.
  • Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Experienced in developing and delivering training programs to support platform initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviours.
