About the role

  • Senior Manager of Procurement responsible for leading sourcing initiatives and managing supplier relationships. Ensuring efficient procurement processes and compliance at CuraScript SD.

Responsibilities

  • Leading strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Managing supplier relationships
  • Ensuring the efficient procurement of goods and services to support CuraScript SD’s operations
  • Driving cost savings and mitigating supply risks
  • Developing efficient supply chain processes
  • Leading contract negotiations and managing vendor performance
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs
  • Analyzing market trends and supplier performance
  • Overseeing procurement analytics and reporting

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field highly desired (MBA or CPSM preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industries
  • Strong negotiation, contract management, and supplier relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Preferred) and data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Business Objects, SAP IBP etc
  • High level Excel skills (VLookup, Macros, Pivot tables, etc)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities
