About the role
- Lead formulary strategy development and execution for Express Scripts at Evernorth Health Services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize formulary offerings and represent the team at client meetings.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic formulary development and execution of Express Scripts standard commercial formulary offerings
- Evaluate financial models for optimum formulary value within clinical guidance
- Work cross-functionally with Pharma Contracting, Sales & Account Management, and Finance
- Innovate and support strategies around emerging formulary trends
- Represent the team internally and externally during client meetings and conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, PharmD preferred
- Current U.S. Pharmacist License
- At least 10 years of working in the pharmacy environment with at least 5 years of significant formulary management/development experience
- Strong people leadership experience
- Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Technology proficiency including Microsoft Office, WebEx
