About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of multi-year strategic roadmaps aligned with National Accounts priorities.
  • Translate executive vision into actionable plans, ensuring alignment across Sales, Client Management, Underwriting, Product, and other Enterprise partners.
  • Monitor progress against KPIs and strategic goals, adjusting plans as needed to ensure outcomes.
  • Design and implement governance models and management processes that improve segment performance and accountability.
  • Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, resource gaps, and process inefficiencies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across reporting, analytics, and incentive compensation structures.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and connector across the National Accounts leadership team.
  • Mobilize and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on high-impact initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic operations, consulting, or executive support roles, preferably within healthcare or insurance.
  • Deep understanding of National Accounts dynamics, including client segmentation, sales cycles, and retention strategies.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in matrixed environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive operational transformation.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority.
  • Familiarity with enterprise systems (Workday, Concur, SharePoint) and performance management frameworks.
