- Support local market growth through broker engagement strategies
- Consultative partner to Market leadership
- Drive growth and retention through effective compensation leverage
- Collaborate with Market leadership to drive opportunities for mutual growth
- Ensure regular communication and connection with partner firm leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred, master’s degree a plus
- 5+ years industry experience (particularly carrier and/or consultant environment)
- Proven ability to create and further develop strong relationships with Senior Leaders and key matrix partners
- Excellent oral/written presentation and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong business acumen
- Life, Accident & Health Insurance license a plus.
