About the role

  • Commercial Strategy Manager engaging with insurance clients to identify automation opportunities. Building business cases, supporting sales, and analyzing market conditions for LegalHero's operations.

Responsibilities

  • You identify new opportunities with insurance clients: Where is Autopilot the next best fit? Which claims lines offer the greatest leverage?
  • You build business cases and ROI arguments for specific deals — data-driven and persuasive
  • You develop pricing logics for different insurance partners and claims lines
  • You design concepts for end-to-end claims management at insurers — what can Autopilot take over, what remains with the client?
  • You conduct short market and competitor analyses that feed directly into sales arguments
  • You engage directly with insurance clients — as a knowledgeable contact, not just a supporting role
  • You prepare CCO and sales meetings: arguments, slides, structure, and objection handling
  • You create and maintain client and partner pitch decks that convince in real negotiations
  • You develop clear storylines and value propositions for specific client situations
  • You follow up on meetings and ensure that follow-ups are executed cleanly
  • You produce reporting for insurance clients — transparent, data-driven, professional
  • You support the CFO and CCO on ad-hoc projects: pilot clients, new offering formats, partnership models
  • You bring customer feedback back into the company in a structured way — so Product and Engineering can refine Autopilot

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally from management consulting (strategy, operations, financial advisory) or a comparable fast-paced, high-quality environment
  • Strong in structuring, analysis and presentation — you can turn unclear information into a sharp business case
  • Experience with business cases, pricing models or ROI calculations
  • Confident user of Google Workspace (esp. Slides, Sheets, Docs) or comparable tools
  • Understanding of B2B business models, ideally in the insurance or SaaS space
  • Excellent German and English, written and spoken.
