About the role
- Cloud & Infrastructure Security Engineer responsible for security and compliance of IT infrastructure. Supporting health-focused global supply chains at PFSCM in Woerden, Netherlands.
Responsibilities
- Administer, support, and optimize all cloud platforms and IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Implement and maintain automation, monitoring, and proactive maintenance for cloud services, networks, servers, and endpoints.
- Ensure seamless integration and interoperability between cloud products and business systems.
- Assist in managing vendor relationships and service level agreements (SLAs) for cloud and infrastructure services.
- Provide day-to-day IT operations, 2nd and 3rd line support, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests of PFSCM’s IT Cloud and Infrastructure environment.
- Design, implement, and maintain security controls and best practices across all cloud and infrastructure environments.
- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to identify and remediate risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud management.
- Hands-on experience in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Entra ID, or similar platforms.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or Azure Security Engineer Associate are highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of cloud architecture, identity management, device management, and IT operations.
- Experience with automation, monitoring, and IT service management tools.
- Demonstrated experience with security frameworks, incident response, and security operations.
- Fluency in English is required; other languages (e.g., Dutch) are a plus.
