About the role

  • Safety Technician responsible for safety documentation and training in an environmental consulting firm with 17 years of experience nationwide.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare occupational safety documents and programs, such as Risk Management Program (PGR), Emergency Action Plan (PAE), Preliminary Hazard Analysis (APR), PPE records, Work Orders (OS), among others;
  • Assist in the development and monitoring of the Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO);
  • Complete, review, and keep safety documentation up to date;
  • Follow and ensure compliance with the company's and clients' safety guidelines;
  • Conduct safety inductions/orientations for clients;
  • Deliver safety training and provide guidance to suppliers and contractors;
  • Assist in drafting and updating safety policies;
  • Perform field inspections;
  • Handle various department-related tasks.

Requirements

  • Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety with active registration with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE);
  • Experience preparing occupational safety programs and documentation;
  • Experience using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Word, and Excel;
  • Hold a valid driver's license (category B).
