Develop Messaging Concepts & Branded Copy
Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload and tight deadlines
Create compelling, on-brand narratives that align with client goals and resonate with target audiences
Ensure consistency, clarity, and creativity across all platforms and deliverables
Interpret creative briefs and adapt tone and style across industries, audiences, and formats
Partner with creative teams to brainstorm ideas and develop innovative messaging strategies
Produce high-quality branded copy for campaigns, scripts, blogs, social media, and more
Maintain brand voice while pushing creative boundaries to keep work fresh and engaging
Apply SEO best practices where applicable to maximize visibility and performance
Contribute to client pitches and presentations when needed
Review and refine copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and tone alignment
Provide constructive feedback to peers and direct reports
Mentor and guide a small team of copywriters—offering feedback, direction, and encouragement
Collaborate across departments to bring campaigns to life through strong, unified storytelling
Requirements
6+ years of professional copywriting experience or equivalent portfolio
Proven ability to lead, edit, and mentor creative teammates
Mastery of writing, editing, and research across marketing formats
Knowledge of content strategy, SEO, and creative storytelling
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field preferred
