COOP role supporting the Engineering community at Thales by organizing events and creating digital content. Collaborate closely with the Digital Communication team in the Americas.
Responsibilities
Helping with seminars and webinars to create a sense of belonging of the Engineering community.
Helping spread awareness about Engineering craftsmanship, digital culture, learning in Engineering by connecting to the greater Thales and through digital tools such as SharePoint.
Finding and helping create engaging digital content on Engineering in the Americas leveraging on what exists at group level, and also in the industry in the Americas.
Researching and analyzing ideas from external Digital Transformation and Engineering events and proposing ways in which Thales can benefit from them.
Work closely with the entire Digital Communication team to share expertise, develop joint projects, and propose the best interfacing between the Digital Communication services.
Support the digitization of data for Engineering and the build the dashboard that will help the decisions makers.
Requirements
You are in your last year of study in a Business School or Engineering school with a strong interest for communication or equivalent.
You thrive on connecting with others and enjoy building engaged communities.
You have a high interest in Engineering and Digital transformation.
You are a curious and self-motivated individual who enjoys learning.
You have excellent communication skills.
You are fluent in English and have knowledge of French and Spanish.
You have knowledge in data analysis and visualization using tools such as PowerBI.
Other skills/experience that are a preference, You have a degree in Engineering.
You are fluent in French and Spanish.
You have knowledge of Portuguese.
