  • Operations Director at TGP International overseeing food and beverage operations and strategy implementation. Leading team performance and operational efficiency to enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Lead food and beverage operations, concept development, and consultancy for new projects.
  • Develop and implement F&B strategies, managing budgets, and overseeing daily operations.
  • Coach the team, monitor KPIs, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Ensure quality control and manage multiple projects for profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to company policies and maintain open communication with the management team.
