Requirements
- 5+ years of property accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to clearly communicate financial information to leadership and board members
