About the role
- Insurance Producer responsible for generating new business through inbound leads and self-generated prospecting. Working remotely with occasional meetings in San Dimas, CA.
Responsibilities
- Bring in new business through inbound leads and self-generated prospecting
- Build relationships and set client meetings
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through bind
- Work with in-office underwriters to develop quotes and proposals
- Present coverage options and close deals
- Following up on 'warm leads' (approx 100 per month)
- Maintain client relationships with light post-bind follow-up
- Track pipeline and activity in AMS 360, Outlook, and Teams
- Work remotely and in the field, with periodic meetings in San Dimas
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of insurance experience, bonus if you are bringing a book of business
- Experience as a Producer, Sales Executive, or Account Executive
- Active P&C license (required)
- Life license and/or CIC designation a plus
- Strong prospecting, closing, and relationship-building skills
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy
- Strong Southern California network preferred
