About the role

  • Chef de projets orchestrant la production de contenus audiovisuels au sein de Digital Prod. Gérant des productions variées pour des clients de luxe avec un accent sur l'innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving the brief
  • Business support: Translate the business needs of different departments into relevant audiovisual solutions.
  • Scoping & trend watching: Proactively propose new formats and use cases (short-form formats like Reels/TikTok, Live innovations, immersive capture).
  • Maintain constant monitoring of production and post-production trends.
  • Budgeting: Estimate costs, optimize resources, and manage internal billing/chargebacks with full transparency.
  • Production & Post-Production management
  • 360° orchestration: Draft technical specifications, organize kick-offs and coordinate talent (directors, directors of photography, editors).
  • Shoot supervision: On-site oversight to ensure alignment with the creative brief and the company’s quality standards.
  • Post-Production executive: Rigorous management of the post-production workflow (color grading, sound design, VFX) and often short, demanding approval cycles.
  • Format types & distribution

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a production agency, on the client side (Luxury/Premium) or in broadcast media.
  • Technical expertise: Mastery of the end-to-end audiovisual production chain.
  • Knowledge of the technical challenges related to live (Live) production is essential.
  • Absolute rigor, strong visual culture, and excellent interpersonal skills
