Responsibilities
Support the Program Manager and/or Senior Project Manager facilitate client-facing projects delivered on time and within scope and budget by tracking day-to-day activities such as, scheduling and preparing for calls, client communication, timelines, and deliverable progress
Daily communication and coordination with the Consulting team and within the Project Management Office
Interaction with executive management level clients on a regular basis
Support the PMO by owning key internal processes
Assist with maintaining project documentation, including ensuring data integrity for enterprise reporting purposes
Requirements
Bachelor Degree required
Ability to track and manage details for multiple projects simultaneously
Adaptable to change and work well in a fast-paced environment
Multi-tasking and time management skills
Dynamic, enthusiastic individual with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate to an advanced working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook
