Product Manager responsible for customer lifecycle strategies at Tenpo, Chile's first Neobank. Maximizing customer value through data-driven tactics and collaboration.
Responsibilities
Implementar la estrategia comercial mensual, adaptando las tácticas a las distintas etapas del ciclo de vida (activación, engagement, retención).
Asegurar y trackear el cumplimiento de métricas clave, ajustando acciones en tiempo real para alcanzar los objetivos.
Orquestar la colaboración interdisciplinaria dentro del equipo, integrando conocimientos de diversas áreas para una ejecución impecable.
Identificar dolores y oportunidades en la experiencia del cliente para optimizar su relación con la marca.
Diseñar e implementar campañas basadas en segmentación avanzada y A/B testing para iterar y mejorar resultados constantemente.
Requirements
Ingeniería Comercial, Civil Industrial o carrera afín.
Entre 3 a 5 años como Product Manager en áreas de CRM, Lifecycle, Growth o Estrategia Comercial (idealmente en Banca, Fintech o industrias digitales).
Experiencia comprobable en gestión de KPIs (conversión, activación, cohortes y funnels).
Manejo de SQL (nivel usuario-intermedio).
Herramientas de activación/medición (ej. CleverTap, GA4).
Monitoreo operativo (ej. Grafana, Sentry).
Excluyente: Experiencia sólida en segmentación, customer analytics y experimentación (A/B testing).
(PLUS) Experiencia previa liderando equipos o mentorando roles junior/practicantes.
