About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the Customer Success team to ensure world-class customer experiences.
  • Establish key performance metrics to measure customer health and team effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to drive customer outcomes and influence product development.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them optimize their cybersecurity posture using TENEX solutions.
  • Oversee onboarding, implementation, and training processes to accelerate time-to-value for customers.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with the Sales team.
  • Develop and refine customer success playbooks, processes, and best practices.
  • Advocate for customer needs within TENEX and contribute to the company’s strategic growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing and growing high-performing customer success teams.
  • Proven track record of driving customer retention, satisfaction, and revenue expansion.
  • Experience managing enterprise customers and navigating complex account relationships.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Relevant certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or cybersecurity-related credentials are a plus.
