About the role

  • Travel Lifestyle Manager at Ten Lifestyle Group creating tailored travel experiences for high-net-worth clients. Managing bespoke itineraries and ensuring exceptional service throughout the travel cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage bespoke travel experiences for our members.
  • Conduct detailed consultations with high-net-worth members to understand their preferences and expectations.
  • Create personalized itineraries featuring luxury accommodations, exclusive experiences, and premium transportation.
  • Leverage strong supplier relationships to secure competitive, high-value solutions.
  • Provide expert insights on destinations, trends, and new opportunities.
  • Manage bookings, documentation, and internal records with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure excellence in service throughout the travel lifecycle, professionally resolving any issues that arise.
  • Proactively promote Ten’s other lifestyle services, including dining, events, and special occasions.

Requirements

  • Experience in leisure travel consultancy or a similar role.
  • Experience with GDS systems (Amadeus preferred; Sabre will also be considered).
  • Advanced English (C1) – excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience creating international or multi-destination itineraries.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Passion for travel, destinations, and personalized service.
  • Experience with luxury travel, premium clients, or concierge services (preferred).
  • Knowledge of European destinations and global tourism trends (preferred).
  • IATA certification (preferred).
  • Experience working with luxury DMCs or premium suppliers (preferred).
