About the role

  • Quality Management Analyst conducting advanced analysis and reporting for clients. Aiming for operational excellence at Telemont in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Independently prepare, present and perform advanced analyses for operational and management meetings involving external clients and Telemont.
  • Provide immediate management with information to support decision-making.
  • Follow up on internal and external requests, consolidate information and report to the client.
  • Analyze quality and operational indicators using methods such as PDCA, Ishikawa Diagram, 5 Whys, and others.
  • Prepare reports and action plans aimed at improving operational indicators (5W1H, FCA).
  • Coach junior-level employees in their analyses and execution of activities. Provide guidance on deviations in operational and quality processes to identify internal improvement opportunities together with operations managers, area managers and operational supervisors.
  • Manage and monitor action plans according to the project schedule.
  • Ensure organization, cleanliness and safety in the assigned work area.
  • Perform other tasks of the same nature, complexity and level of responsibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Proficiency in quality tools.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma, Tableau and Power BI.
