About the role

  • Marine Automation & Controls Engineer designing and commissioning monitoring systems for client vessels. Collaborating with clients and internal teams, delivering excellence in every project.

Responsibilities

  • Design, program, and commission monitoring and automation systems for client vessels.
  • Develop software using Codesys, Maretron, and Empirebus platforms.
  • Create intuitive Human–Machine Interfaces for advanced systems.
  • Advise boat designers and support sales in technical discussions.
  • Translate customer needs into Raymarine system specifications.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships throughout each project cycle.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues on installed systems.
  • Support post‑sales service and provide expertise on Raymarine/FLIR products.
  • Participate in trade shows and promotional events.

Requirements

  • Skills in PLC programming and interface development
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Experience with marine electrical/electronic systems
  • Experience in graphics creation for user interfaces
  • Education in electrical/electronic engineering or similar
  • English language proficiency
  • Ability to travel within the country and occasionally within Europe.
