About the role
- Controls and Automation Engineer ensuring equipment availability and supporting continuous improvement initiatives using automation and AI. Minimum two years experience required with expertise in PLC Allen Bradley and automotive industry.
Responsibilities
- Identificar, diagnosticar y solucionar fallas de manera precisa.
- Garantizar la disponibilidad de los equipos en planta.
- Apoyar en proyectos de ahorro y de mejora continua mediante la automatización y uso de IA.
- Análisis de fallas y planeación de prevención de estas.
Requirements
- Ingeniería en Electrónica, Mecatrónica o afín.
- 2 años mínimo en automatización, deseable industria automotriz.
- Identificar, diagnosticar y solucionar fallas de manera precisa para garantizar la disponibilidad de los equipos en planta.
- Conocimiento en PLC Allen Bradley.
- Apoyo en proyectos de ahorro y de mejora continua mediante la automatización y uso de IA.
- Análisis de fallas y planeación de prevención de estas (fallas de sensores, control e interlocks de seguridad).
- Experiencia en procesos de estampado y soldadura tipo MIG al alcance del puesto.
- Capacidad de interpretación de diagramas de flujo, eléctricos, neumáticos e hidráulicos.
- Mantener el orden y limpieza aplicando la metodología 5s.
- Inglés, competencia profesional.
