Responsibilities
Analyze and assess the requirements assigned to you in Obsolescence Management (OM) and support their implementation in the OM plan.
Maintain and update OM plans and manage status overviews and risk registers.
Support the preparation and consolidation of project-specific OM reports.
Contribute to the creation of obsolescence alerts and mitigation solutions.
Participate in OM-relevant meetings and present your results to the project team.
Manage and monitor the OM interfaces with subcontractors (UAN).
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification.
Ideally, initial process and method knowledge in Obsolescence Management for complex products.
Strong technical understanding and enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary project teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a confident command of both German and English.
High sense of responsibility, structured working style and the ability to maintain an overview even under challenging project conditions.
Proactive and cooperative attitude in an intercultural environment.
Confident user of the MS Office suite.
