About the role
- Analista Compras Pl controlling supply indicators at Tegma, a major logistics operator in Brazil. Analyzing data, preparing reports, and supporting management in strategic decisions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and monitor the main Supply indicators (savings, spend, contract negotiations, including property rentals, purchase volume by buyer and category, lead time, etc.) using dynamic Power BI dashboards;
- Prepare monthly and quarterly presentations of the department's results;
- Deliver trainings related to processes and systems for analyzing purchasing results, and present studies of purchasing behavior to identify deviations or other drivers that highlight impacts and recommend process and integration improvements;
- Continuously pursue innovation and automation of controls for manual activities performed in Supply, considering, but not limited to, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and related tools;
- Support managers in developing critical scenarios to proactively and strategically analyze potential outcomes;
- Perform provisions and accounting reclassifications for the property rental account, reconciling results with the company's management system and the account indicator.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel;
- Proficiency in Power BI;
- Experience with other Microsoft data automation tools is a plus;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Knowledge of the Oracle Fusion ERP is desirable.
