About the role

  • Engenheiro Agrônomo managing fertilizer sales and providing client support in the agricultural sector. Involves marketing activity support and stakeholder relationship management.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to agronomic engineering requests in support of commercial and marketing activities for the fertilizer area
  • Manage and promote the sale of nitrogen fertilizers and nitrogen supplements for ruminants
  • Provide technical assistance to clients, offering guidance on the correct and efficient use of products
  • Maintain institutional relations with the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA)
  • Actively participate in industry associations such as the National Association for Fertilizer Dissemination (ANDA) and the National Union of the Fertilizer Raw Materials Industry (SINPRIFERT)
  • Conduct technical and commercial visits to customers
  • Prepare technical and commercial reports
  • Contribute to the commercial development of new products and services
  • Contribute to market analyses

Requirements

  • Degree in Agronomy/Agricultural Engineering with registration in the professional council
  • Postgraduate degree or specialization in related areas
  • Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in the field
  • Intermediate English
  • Additional courses and training in animal nutrition and fertilizers
  • Knowledge of the SAP system
