About the role

Responsibilities
- Analyze product data and user behavior, turning information into actionable insights.
- Define, track and evolve product, funnel, engagement and retention metrics (e.g., cohorts).
- Manage and operate analytics and BI tools, ensuring data quality, consistency and usability.
- Structure, optimize and document Product workflows to make development more agile and efficient.
- Support experimentation initiatives, including the design, monitoring and analysis of tests.
- Keep product documentation up to date, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
- Govern Product OKRs, supporting their definition, tracking and communication of results.
- Facilitate communication between areas, connecting data, objectives and decisions.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven reasoning.
- Experience with product metrics, funnel analysis and cohort analyses.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and BI tools.
- Basic knowledge of statistical experimentation (e.g., A/B tests, hypothesis formulation, significance).
- Clear, concise and didactic communication, especially when translating data for different audiences.
- Ability to influence without formal authority.
- Critical, structured and problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable questioning the status quo and proposing evidence-based improvements.
