Responsibilities
Responsible for maintenance, analysis, configuration/parameterization, continuous improvement and specialized support of the MV platform's Cost Module.
Serve as the interface between clinical areas, IT and controllership to ensure data accuracy.
Conduct impact analyses, design technical solutions, support key users and participate in optimization and integration projects with other MV modules.
Ensure correct operation of allocation components, cost centers, calculation bases and integrations.
Monitor routines for cost calculation and monthly closing.
Conduct requirements gathering, requirements analysis and capture business rules.
Handle correction of inconsistencies, adjustments and incidents related to the module.
Perform functional testing, validation with users and approval (homologation) of improvements.
Prepare technical and functional documentation.
Provide 2nd-level support to key users and business areas.
Collaborate on integrating the cost module with other modules (Billing, Accounting, Procurement, Clinical, etc.).
Support implementation, migration or upgrade projects for the MV platform.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience with the MV Cost Module (MV 3000, MV Soul or similar).
Solid knowledge of configuration of cost centers, allocation bases and cost drivers.
Experience with hospital cost calculation and monthly closing.
Knowledge of parameterization and operational flow of the module.
Experience with integrations to related modules (Billing, Accounting, Procurement).
Experience in requirements analysis and user support.
Ability to interpret business rules and translate them into system configurations.
SQL knowledge for queries and analysis.
Experience with MV implementation or migration projects (preferred).
Knowledge of performance indicators and hospital controllership (preferred).
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) (preferred).
Experience in hospital environments or healthcare payers/operators (preferred).
