About the role

• Senior Systems Analyst responsible for improving MM module functionalities at FGM Dental Group. Collaborating with users and suppliers to enhance systems and support complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Handling enhancements and incidents, performing configurations and functional specifications in the MM module;
• Direct and manage requests with AMS vendors;
• Manage consultancy feedback and oversee user testing;
• Maintain regular contact with key users, vendors and third parties;
• Provide technical support to resolve complex issues;
• Participate in improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Development, Computer Engineering, or related fields;
• Proven experience in S/4HANA with focus on the MM module;
• Experience in EWM;
• Experience in demand management within the supply chain;
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with users;
• Certification in the area and/or completion of SAP Academy is a plus;
• Experience with integrations to other systems and knowledge of ABAP is a plus.
