About the role

- Monitor and get ahead of infrastructure issues — expired certs, degraded performance, protocol changes
- Work closely with the engineering team to improve deliverability across the platform
Requirements
- Have experience with distributed systems, infrastructure, or DevOps at a real scale
- Are the kind of person who reads the protocol docs for fun (or at least doesn't hate it)
- Prefer to fix the root cause, not the symptom
- Can hold the full context of a complex system in your head and reason about edge cases
