About the role

  • Analista Financeiro Pleno at C2Rio responsible for daily tour closings and financial reporting. Supporting handling team with financial operations aligned to current tariffs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the closings of completed tours;
  • Analyze whether the resources used for each service are in accordance with the rate schedule;
  • Verify invoices in the company’s internal system (SIG);
  • Check daily for possible no-shows to avoid improper payments to suppliers;
  • Report to the handling supervisor, FinOps management and the board of directors;
  • Import spreadsheets from OTAs;
  • Process financial reimbursements;
  • Support reconciliation, closing and payment of reservations;
  • Assist with invoice verification and ticket closing;
  • Manage control of Conta Simples accounts;
  • Redesign C2Rio’s financial process flow together with Iter, aiming to improve operational and holding-level efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
  • Intermediate Office Suite skills: Emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, various formulas and spreadsheet error troubleshooting);
  • Fast learner;
  • Prior experience working at a Tour Operator;
  • Experience with TOTVS RM and FLUIG.
