About the role
- Analista Financeiro Pleno at C2Rio responsible for daily tour closings and financial reporting. Supporting handling team with financial operations aligned to current tariffs.
Responsibilities
- Manage the closings of completed tours;
- Analyze whether the resources used for each service are in accordance with the rate schedule;
- Verify invoices in the company’s internal system (SIG);
- Check daily for possible no-shows to avoid improper payments to suppliers;
- Report to the handling supervisor, FinOps management and the board of directors;
- Import spreadsheets from OTAs;
- Process financial reimbursements;
- Support reconciliation, closing and payment of reservations;
- Assist with invoice verification and ticket closing;
- Manage control of Conta Simples accounts;
- Redesign C2Rio’s financial process flow together with Iter, aiming to improve operational and holding-level efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields;
- Intermediate Office Suite skills: Emphasis on Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, various formulas and spreadsheet error troubleshooting);
- Fast learner;
- Prior experience working at a Tour Operator;
- Experience with TOTVS RM and FLUIG.
