About the role
- Product Owner managing RCSA Compliance applications and leading a team in a bank environment. Focus on product vision, backlog management, and international collaboration with IT teams.
Responsibilities
- Porter la vision produit de l’application RCSA Compliance et piloter sa roadmap
- Recueillir, analyser et prioriser les besoins des équipes métier (Compliance / Risque Opérationnel)
- Traduire les besoins métier en backlog produit clair et priorisé (user stories, critères d’acceptation)
- Encadrer et coordonner une équipe de Business Analysts (cadrage, revue et validation des livrables)
- Challenger les solutions fonctionnelles en lien avec les enjeux de RCSA, contrôles, incidents et plans d’actions
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes IT (MOE, architectes, QA, run)
- Participer aux instances projet et assurer un reporting structuré
- Contribuer aux phases de recette fonctionnelle et à la sécurisation des mises en production
- Évoluer dans un contexte international (anglais professionnel requis)
Requirements
- 7 ans d’expérience minimum en Product Ownership, Business Analyse senior ou rôle équivalent en environnement bancaire
- Expérience confirmée sur des applications IT à forte composante réglementaire ou risque
- Capacité démontrée à leader une équipe de Business Analysts
- Solide compréhension des processus bancaires et des environnements IT complexes
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse, de structuration et de communication
- Anglais professionnel requis (contexte international)
