About the role
- Product Owner responsible for RCSA Compliance applications in banking. Working closely with Compliance and IT teams to analyze and prioritize requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision for the RCSA Compliance application and drive its roadmap
- Gather, analyze and prioritize requirements from business teams (Compliance / Operational Risk)
- Translate business needs into a clear, prioritized product backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Lead and coordinate a team of Business Analysts (scoping, review and validation of deliverables)
- Challenge functional solutions in relation to RCSA issues, controls, incidents and action plans
- Collaborate closely with IT teams (development/delivery, architects, QA, run/operations)
- Participate in project governance bodies and ensure structured reporting
- Contribute to functional testing phases and secure production deployments
- Operate in an international environment (professional English required)
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Product Ownership, senior Business Analysis or an equivalent role within a banking environment
- Proven experience with IT applications featuring a strong regulatory or risk component (Operational Risk and/or RCSA)
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of Business Analysts
- Strong understanding of banking processes and complex IT environments
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills
- Professional English required (international context)
