About the role

Responsibilities
- Own the product vision for the RCSA Compliance application and drive its roadmap
- Collect, analyze and prioritize requirements from business teams (Compliance / Operational Risk)
- Translate business needs into a clear, prioritized product backlog
- Lead and coordinate a team of Business Analysts
- Challenge functional solutions in line with RCSA objectives
- Collaborate closely with IT teams
- Take part in project governance meetings and provide structured reporting
- Contribute to functional testing phases and ensure safe production deployments
- Operate in an international context
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Product Ownership, Senior Business Analysis or an equivalent role within a banking environment
- Proven experience with IT applications that have a strong regulatory or risk component
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of Business Analysts
- Solid understanding of banking processes and complex IT environments
- Excellent analytical, structuring and communication skills
- Professional English required (international context)
