About the role

  • Business Analyst Compliance focusing on regulatory compliance for a large banking group. Collaborating across teams to ensure compliance with banking standards.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze and challenge the needs of the Compliance teams
  • Write business requirements, functional specifications and associated deliverables
  • Contribute to the design or evolution of Compliance processes (KYC, AML/CFT, screening, monitoring…)
  • Contribute to functional testing: test scenarios, execution, defect tracking
  • Work closely with Business and IT teams (international context; English required)
  • Participate in project governance and provide clear, structured reporting

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Compliance / banking compliance issues (AML/CFT, KYC, ALM or similar)
  • At least significant experience on the Compliance side (3 years' experience in Business Analysis)
  • Proven ability to produce clear, operational and business-oriented documentation
  • Understanding of banking environments and processes
  • Professional working proficiency in English required (international context)
