About the role

  • Real Estate Analyst providing admin support for real estate strategy at biotech company. Involved in transactions, lease compliance, and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end real estate transactions including leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations) and external stakeholders (brokers, landlords, tenants) to ensure timely execution.
  • Manage lease documentation, compliance, and key dates (renewals, expirations).
  • Maintain accurate data, records, and project trackers for real estate portfolio activities.
  • Assist with rent and payment processing and related financial coordination.
  • Support property and facilities coordination and office operations.
  • Ensure proper documentation, filing, and adherence to compliance requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5–10 years of experience in real estate, administrative, legal, or finance roles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
  • Experience with lease management systems (e.g., Lease Harbor, MyBuy) preferred.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional, matrixed environments.
