Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales performance through proactive outreach, lead qualification, and customer follow-up
Build and maintain long-term relationships with hotels, resorts, residential communities, and property managers via phone, email, and digital channels
Identify new business opportunities by researching the hospitality and residential markets, contacting prospects, and promoting our product portfolio
Provide tailored product advice and help customers find the right solutions for their property or business needs
Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date customer information
Collaborate closely with Field Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups, supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact to order
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring quick and effective resolution
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Inside Sales, Customer Success, or B2B Account Management (preferably in a B2B environment)
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative and customer-focused mindset
Experience with CRM systems and digital communication tools (Salesforce experience is a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
